About Intex
Built on experience.
Driven by standards.
Intex CPS Ltd is a Kent-based property maintenance and building contractor delivering works across Kent, Surrey and London.
Who we are
Property services without the runaround.
Based in Yalding, Kent, Intex CPS provides a broad range of building, maintenance and refurbishment services for property managers, managing agents, commercial clients, landlords and homeowners.
Our background is in construction and hands-on property work. That experience shapes how we approach every job: understand the problem, communicate clearly, find the right solution and carry the work through properly.
Whether it is a single reactive repair or a larger programme of planned works, clients deal with a contractor that understands the realities of working in occupied and managed property.
What matters
Straightforward principles.
Reliability
Clients need to know that when work is instructed, it will be dealt with. We take ownership of getting jobs progressed and completed.
Communication
Clear communication matters just as much as the work itself. We aim to keep clients informed without them having to constantly chase.
Workmanship
We care about the quality of what we leave behind, from structural repairs and roofing through to the final decorative finish.
Practicality
Buildings create problems that do not always fit neatly into one trade. Our multi-trade experience helps us find practical solutions and keep work moving.
Experience
More than two decades in construction.
Intex is backed by over 20 years of practical construction experience across building, maintenance, repair and refurbishment work.
That experience gives us an understanding of how different trades interact, how defects develop and how to approach work with the finished property in mind rather than treating each task in isolation.
