Arrange work in Surrey

Send the property list, known defects, any inspection reports and the preferred programme. Include access contacts, resident requirements and how works should be instructed so we can discuss a practical scope.

For Surrey enquiries, send the full postcode and scope of work so we can discuss a suitable visit and current availability from our Yalding base. For occupied homes, rental properties or managed blocks, include access arrangements, the rooms or elevations affected and any restrictions on working times.

Can you maintain several properties for one client?

Yes. We work with property managers and managing agents. We can discuss locations, the repair scope, access arrangements and how individual jobs or planned packages will be instructed.

We confirm the scope, access and availability for each job. Call 01622 925436 or send an enquiry with your full postcode.
