Arrange work in Kent

Send the damage report, approved schedule of works if available, photos and the property postcode. Tell us whether the cause has been addressed and who is authorising the repairs. Cover and claim decisions remain with the insurer.

For rural properties, tell us about narrow lanes, parking, delivery access and any outbuildings included in the work. For town centres and managed buildings, include loading restrictions, communal access and the person arranging entry. These details help us plan the visit and quote accurately.

Can you quote from an insurer’s schedule of works?

Send the schedule and supporting reports. We can review the repair scope and discuss an inspection, access, materials and any items needing clarification before quoting.

We confirm the scope, access and availability for each job. Call 01622 925436 or send an enquiry with your full postcode.
