Arrange work in Kent

Start with the property address and a description of the defect. For managed property, include the access contact and any restrictions. We can discuss the scope, arrange an inspection where needed and provide a quote for the agreed works.

For rural properties, tell us about narrow lanes, parking, delivery access and any outbuildings included in the work. For town centres and managed buildings, include loading restrictions, communal access and the person arranging entry. These details help us plan the visit and quote accurately.

Can you help with an ongoing property portfolio?

Yes. We work with landlords, managing agents and property managers on reactive repairs and planned works. Tell us the locations, types of property and how you prefer jobs to be instructed.

We confirm the scope, access and availability for each job. Call 01622 925436 or send an enquiry with your full postcode.
